I just don't see the point of conjecturing. sit down, buy the stock and hold on to it or sell and leave. Late filing or not, uplisting or not... all that doesn't matter to me in the long run.. Building a bio tech company takes time and requires patience guys. You can ask as many questions to yourselves, it wont get you anywhere. Only the insiders know. Either you trust them and hold or you don't then sell and try something else. You wanna make quick money, Phot will resume trading on Apri 25 or after. if it drops something like 50% as Cann did, you may get in and make money like in CANN. we need peace in mind not endless speculations..
