It's not a "recent glitch", it's an error and needs to be corrected. I brought it to your attention almost 3 weeks ago, not just yesterday. It takes seconds to change it and the company has the ability to do so, why is the company posting HONEST and ACCURATE SS info such an issue? Three weeks to change it and it still has not happened.
