one more time , any otc or pink sheet is in the business of selling shares.yes the stock will rise ..then comes the dump, either from co or shareholders , or debt holder, but it comes,yes wntr is debt free, however they are not yet able to stand on its feet and not give away shares. when they make enough money to pay for things then the stock can rise on its own and stay up...dont listen to me what do i know !!!
