You can sugarcoat every mistake this company makes, but lets assume your right.

1 Why did Gerald hire Faerber if he was inexperienced (which I doubt looking at his linkedIn profile)? Especially in a startup every employee counts. Why did he hire Faerber, who seems to have taken nothing learning wise from his previous positions as CFO aso.

2 Why did they pay him over $500,000 p.a. just for screwing around. I bet there are a lot of potential AMBS CFOs out there with more experience that would work for a lot less than what this Faerber guy got. Why did it take years to replace him, if he was so incompetent?
