However, the SEC seems to have taken issue with the truthfulness of those reports,I don't know that placing such an emphasis on the "fully reporting" fact makes much sense.



Thank you. But as many of us have discovered we are in a
'makes sense-free zone' where those who wield the GLER 'turd-polish'
don't need no 'make sense'.
