I don't think so. Deer Valley Management and Deer Valley Asset Management are two different companies imo. A Deer Valley Management who gave TLFX the $$ according to the reports may be related to Bronson (see SEC archive below).

I believe the reason Deer Valley Asset Management added that page link disclaimer is because they were likely being bothered after the SEC came down on Bronson. Two unrelated companies with similar names imo.

I also believe the Telefix report features Bronson's company Deer Valley Management because I'm assuming there is not another Deer Valley Management in existence trading cash for penny shares.
