Quite frankly, all of those MJ pennies are shady, but SKTO is shady to the point, they make stuff up, like location, revenues etc. I'm surprised nobody from LA area, didn't post here. So far phone calls, I made, I couldn't confirm address of "HQ" SKTO. The only reason this didn't get halted IMO are good lawyers. Heck check ADPC, this company doesn't exist. It was even halted this year, I've visited the address in Chicago and called the number. Nothing as such existing, next think I know, Halt is lifted from ADPC. SEC simply doesn't care, as long as somebody replies to their emails, I assume. CANN is already trading again for few days, I wouldn't be surprised, if it will be back to their PPS before halt in no time. SKTO on the other hand has both MM keeping the price down, but at the same time, people see fishy PR. I was trying to refrain from commenting about SKTO until financials were released, but that showed even more manipulations on their part. This stock is not only high risk, but also not impressive reward.
