They stated 45 days to get the new site up and running, maybe they are using the new equipment at the existing site, only 10 miles apart, to make sure everything is working properly and eliminating startup issues with new equipment.
I like to think they are clearing enough to pay the bills, buy the equipment and still be banking some back. This means quicker pay off of existing loans and closer to profitability.
