Make you life easier DeafTrader: The rule mandates that all publicly traded companies must disclose material information to all investors at the same time. (Needless to say, information regarding an entire redirection of the company would in fact be "material")

Javon... would you really be surprised, given this company's track record, and the owners track record, if we saw an MJ article in 2 weeks?

Honestly, it seems like a perfect fit for them to fire up the dilution ATM machine. baby grable abandons his moms vision and tries to take the company in a new direction.. etc. etc..
