I wonder why GC didnt just lay off Faerber for good.

He screwed up the 10-K filings twice, all while being paid over $500,000 p.a. Why would you keep such an incompetent, overpaid loser on the payroll?

Maybe he knows something or threatens to air some information that GC wants to keep private..?
