in all cases, you and many others are missing the fundamental most relevant fact about STBV: OS = 30 billion or about to = 30 billion. The CEO can pull all the tricks he want and publish all the PRs he want to publish, but with 30 billion shares outstanding you simply dont have a room to go anywhere.
