Or they can either 1) merge with Acquisition Corp. and file a registration with audited financials; or, 2) file its own registration with audited financials; or, 3) merge with AEGY, and have AEGY file an 8K under item 2.01 and Item 9.01 with audited financials within 4 days of the merger; or, 4) merge with AEGY and not file audited financials under Item 9.01 on Form 8K causing AEGY to become delinquent and risk AEGY and SKTO getting revoked by the Commission and an Administrative Law Judge.
