Poptech...when he told me they didn't have any jurisdiction over the merger...just the disclosures I asked if the merger could be held up (which it is) or be dissolved due to disclosures or a lack thereof and he said yes. By dissolve it would mean that the SEC didn't approved the disclosures and the merger would not be done...or the way I understood it...held up indefinitely. I am sure whatever the issue is...NEOM is working to get it straightened out. Like I said...when I told him about the proxy vote last year and the merger this year that was being used to avoid having the shareholders involved he said uh-huh. I'm sure they see that kind of thing all the time but it didn't faze him at all.
