CIRC was downgraded as a result of not filing within a deadline _PERIOD ...THAT SIMPLE ... Yes, some prefer th grammar school way,taking their medicine with a spoonful of sugar, but I assure you, it's not going to change anything ...and then there's th "he/she did it too" reasoning; not th best strategy when investing in stocks ...I don't know? do you own stock in any of those 138 scams? The fact is CIRC, and not 138 other stocks,is where you parked your money
