As far as a NASDAQ listing goes Anyone with the commitment to do it that has a publicly traded company could do it. There are only a few minimum requirements. There is one that we do not meet. A minimum share price. There can be no NASDAQ listing without your stock trading at their minimum price. There is one other requirement that might be a concern. Two hundred thousand dollars is the annual fee to be listed on that exchange. It must be paid in full and upfront before your stock is allowed to be traded. Checks are not accepted either. Wire or cash only . Any other requirements that I am aware of are met by this company. It is really just process of formality. If you can pay their fee they let your stock trade. In America it is only about money. People get badly hurt or killed over it commonly.
