All you say might be true however what if your uncle loves that car and is over valuing it because of that? You received many offers and nobody will give him his price. True that car could be worth what he thinks but nobody wants to pay that than after years of waiting he bankrupts or dies. A good sale person knows when to take the deal and JB is no sale person.
