not new company - FFGO management just renamed the old company - share holders are the same

company was shut down and now on the grays because of the SEC fraud charges

millions and millions and millions of illegal shares sold by the crooks from prime time are in the float and the float is MASSIVE

SEC fines were never paid by HGLC ( the newly re-named corporation )
the company no longer exists as a going concern
