So nice and quiet with the market closed after a day or two of insanity. Let's reflect objectively on what is known and not speculate on the unknown.
1. The 10-K is late but we don't know why, yet. Wait to judge until it comes out and whether it comes with near term negative consequences or not.
2. We are 75 days away from the deadline of several milestones that Gerald currently says the company is still on track for.
3. GC tweeted this week that (contrary to some bashers) LymPro is still on track for 2H 2014 commercialization.
4. This is still a penny stock that will go through extreme movements based on actual news, lack there of and the fears and hopes created by a herd mentality.
5. The team assembled recently has tremendous experience and success at doing what they do in past jobs. Let them do what they need to do. I will not crucify or anoint them until we see what they do after some time to perform.
6. Everyone here has an agenda, pumpers, bashers, supporters, detractors and even the indifferent who are trying to choose a side. Stick to your own DD wherever you stand and forget the noise.
For those that care (and those who do not), I have worked in biotech for 17 years. As I have posted, I do work currently at the company where Kerry Segal last worked prior to AMBS. This gives me no inside info at all other than knowing his reputation as a trustworthy, respected and hard working individual that was considered a major loss when he left. He wouldn't leave for a promise or a company built on smoke and mirrors.
I also worked for JNJ for 10 years. I know Janssen Labs and what being the building truly means. Again, no insider info, just the understanding that the facility is a "farm league" for future J&J partnerships and acquisitions. The criteria to be invited are strict and significant clinical findings must already be present to get the nod.
Lastly, I am here to make money over the long term. I am also here as much for a cure or treatment for Alzheimer's and Parkinson's which have both devastated my family and loved ones.
I look forward to next week and the weeks after. If we miss these milestones over the next 75 days, I will reassess. Until then, I am fully on board. GLTA.
