Risky proposition, the registrant is already 5 periodic reports delinquent. It is already on the revocation list. Section 12(j) and subsequent Section 12(k) with a "symbol not found" can happen any day.

Then people will say, "what happened?", "why did the SEC do this to me?", and "its all the SECs fault!".

The Commission revokes these zombies so activities such as this cease to occur removing risk of unsuspecting investors from being duped.
