Well, they want to acquire restaurants now and expand on the retail side. Shareholders will pay for it with their blood unless they find a way to stop this reckless CEO.

Yes thats one of the things that would be the final red flag for most I believe. So if he does it - on purpose to cover the fraud or just because he is so arrogant - I cant imagine anything else but a massive dumpfest from many of die-hard longs.

I wonder if Sandberg could be sued for not doing his business as a BOD guy. I know he could say he knew nothing and that he doesnt speak Chinese and whatnot but on several areas he could be on the thin ice imho.
