The only definitive thing we have is the documents filed at the SEC. So we knew there would be a 200:1 Reverse Split - that could have been okay. But then they authorized 87,500,000 shares to be delivered to:

There's no defined value attached to Indie Growers Association. But currently based off of the documents presented I believe It is worth 50-100 million.. But a mission statement, customers, financial information, anything could definitely help that valuation.
I still may get out early with some profit jsut based off of seeing 5 digits in my account then watching them vanish. But this is all my opinion, do your own DD. Hope you can find something we haven't yet.
