John Smith, There was a petition signed by 8 people that live near the facility and it was submitted to the town officials. This happened in February and since then the building has made significant progress and building 1 is almost completed fully. Building 2 is almost fully constructed from the outside. That would lead an intuitive person to decipher that the petition had zero effect on the town officials and Health Canada and CEN Biotech inc. is allowed to continue vying for the license.
