As a shareholder, if the town did not grant approval would you be angry with the town for not granting it or angry with the company for not applying first before the costly buildout? The town is within their rights to refuse it, the company is now in a different light for saying they had approval when in fact they did not. One is misleading the other is not.



No because any individual with matter between their two ears and a grain of common sense would know that you CANNOT CONTINUE BUILDING A 50,000+ sq ft facility if there were ZONONG ISSUES.
