Simple... because I am a simpleton. Your private message did not respond to my questions in the public post. I have always admitted that I am pretty stupid when it comes to business and investments, but I think my questions were pretty clear. I am also pretty ignorant about how all of this IHUB posting works. Why are there so many deletions and re-postings going on? I kind of thought this was a public forum for discussions of different opinions. "Just speak the truth, and the truth will set you free." "All it takes for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing." I don't know anything about EXBX except for what I learn here, and I do not know anyone in EXBX. I got sucked in to this thing by a "friend" at work who told me about the "new" EXBX technology, and hearing about it on the radio with the High Tech Texan. I thought it was going to be revolutionary, not an investment depending on a revolution!! But again, I am pretty stupid. So, in addition to my original post, why the private message? I do not have anything to hide... I am a nobody.

Are 'ADVFN_not so much' and 'grp' officers or shareholders of EXBX? I do not know if that information can be revealed, but I do not understand their motivated interests in the company. I am getting lost on who the players are opposing the discovery and disclosure of the truth about EXBX transactions. Who are the defendant attorneys still representing, and who is paying them?
I think that all everyone wants to know is the facts and findings about what remains of the EXBX investors' interest. Was someone trying to steal it? Or is there a real road to recovery through pending deals... or through the election of a new BOD and CEO? I think I know the answer to that question, but I am pretty stupid. I can prove it by the fact that I invested in this company. However, I never give up hope that it is a winning lottery ticket. Again, I am stupid.
