Chuckle time in IGA land.

What if :
VKML decides that the deal with IGU (Wash) is void (Moreno's comments etc..)
So as an alternative gives 300,000,000 shares to IGU (the Nevada one) instead.
Stock for stock swap.
Who ever owns IGU (NV) now has 300,000,000 shares to sell in this nice fat rising market. Whee
