I never said we don't need tigress but that's not saying they are funding this particular project..
Before cirque merged with GERS, cirque had set up an llc and I think it was called "prototype llc" which was set up specifically for this joint venture with Northrop, that company fell under the merge of the two companies "cirque and GERS", so this has been in the works for some time now..
Where the funding is coming from is yet to be determined... Tigress, private investments, etc, who knows..
We don't know the cost to build one of these units, so at this point it's hard to pinpoint where the funding is coming from..
For all we know, management is coming out of pocket to fund these prototypes..
