Evidently multiple stock brokers are using 3.9 Bn. in their outstanding share list. When I bought I was intent upon holding for at least twelve months as I anticipated a large gain, so there is little comfort that they are restricted until 12 months from now. I get that APT wants to: a) Profit off their hard work and b) Retain control of the company, but they have thoroughly diluted the shareholder base to holding less than 1/4 of what we held pre-merger. But Let's imagine for a second that the FROZ Pre-Merger shares did not exist. APT issued 2.7 Billion shares. 2.7 Billion. That figure is just mind boggling. Most companies in the same industry do not have market caps of 2.7 Billion, let alone such a staggering number of shares. Why, if they are making 20 Million a year would they come right out and dilute shares to such an extent?
I've had people look at this stock, trying to get their support in the company and even seasoned traders cannot wrap their head around what is going on here. I am holding my position, but I think there is a lot here that even the 10-Q cannot answer.
