Hyperbole! Tech has 39 mil which equates to 268000. Roughly 100 million shares would be 700k shares of HFCO. Even ArSC had 2 bil then it is 14 mil shares. So HFCO would have OS of 114 mil after divvi. If it is 20 bil then OS becomes 240 mil @ 1.2 mil MCAP which is still very paltry. Great Buy anyways!
