First of all Donald is not CEO as you can see the filing has him listed as CEO at the bottom. It also has Alberto as CEO in same filing. I guess there could be a chance the law firm made a honest mistake by leaving Donald's and Dale's name on the screen shot from the previous edgarizings from Mascot ventures. Yes it is possible IMO. Donald's response "could of been a honest mistake maybe it was left on the screen and we were the previous filing" Donald E. Latson and Dale Davis are Directors and officers of Dussault Apparel, Inc.

The company should correct this with a PR if they want to save face. But I doubt that will happen. Your guess is as good as mine on the real truth to the matter. All I can tell you is that Donald E. Latson has never heard of Prospect ventures or Dussault apparel. GLTU
