How long did it take you to realize that Dr. Diwan is a key guy? Of course, without him there is at the least real trouble. But didn't you know that when you invested? That's all part of the known situation. Many startups, especially in technology, are dependent on one person. But investors usually know that and don't complain about it while the very things that must be done to work past that situation are being done.
