It appears you have no clue what a 43-101 is. These people are notorious for fouling SEC filings. Maybe uspr's lawyer is a moron. Any one can lie on a 43-101.

Where's the data that proves there is anything, not just gold, anything.

Can you show a link that proves anything uspr has PR or filied is true?

That's why I think my yellow sticky holds the answer to all the questions. Get it started and win.

You see uspr has nothing only false PR's and filings that are a mess.
Except when it comes to increasing the AS and diluting the PPS down. Did you notice they never mess those up.
