LEE LIED on the CC. Just listened to the recorded CC. Why do people think we would be trading by now? From update 7/27/2013:

(E) We are working with the registrar to be ready to issue the new shares as soon as possible.^^

Lee said on the CC we could be trading right now but he wants to wait so his lawyer buddies can dump their shares. Its toward the end of the call were he talks about how the lawyers don't want to keep their shares. Hoisted on his own petard.
