Hi everyone. I wanted to clarify my overall position. I am a regular, standard user with general (free) privileges. The same as anyone with a free account (15 free posts per day). My recent ACL injury is teaching me patience and overcoming frustration and setbacks with optimism and a focus on the end-game state. I have not been happy with many of Greene Concepts decisions over the past few years (just like I'm not happy with the current state of my left knee). I chose to get actively involved with helping the company grow just like in healing my leg. Sometimes I've had to go really above and beyond. I have mentioned in the past that I've offered up suggestions. That's true but I've also offered up an equal number of criticisms to the company. Many of these have been acted upon. Information sharing has been a big concern of mine since 2011. I encouraged conference calls, more PRs, an updated webpage, financials, and more direct contact with Lenny. I fully believe that my insistence and persistence is one of the main reasons we have those now. I also advocated for, and gathered many of the questions for, all three FAQ documents that exist and encouraged their public availability multiple times. I also encouraged the creation of the shareholder's newsletter. All of the other concerns brought up here (dividends, stock split, PPS liquidity, length of time for the launch, focusing on a single thing and doing it well, not announcing any retail contracts until we have purchase orders from them, not announcing any partnerships or new ventures until they are finalized, getting our ink products independently tested and certified, expanding the market reach, even CollegeBound's idea of having the company offer refilling services in real stores.....all of these I have pushed really hard behind the scenes for the benefit of us, the shareholders all with many other items.

The company decides what they will or will not use. Many of the low cost ideas, they have in acted (I.e. making more information available on their webpage). I even sent up some ideas and wordings that now appear publicly on their webpage (FAQ docs, webpages etc...). Some ideas I encountered resistance from. Some the company did have the resources to enact. Lenny still maintains the many ideas I have sent and said on one of the webinars once that he plans to use those ideas and others once he has more monies available.

I am actually in agreement with most of what people say especially regarding the dividends and stock split which were definitely bad things to enact on shareholders in my opinion. I told the company so at the time.

Here we are though and with InkWay USA and The Hemp Exchange launched, it has been a long and arduous road but there is a chance that something big can happen and we all benefit. As the oldies here know, I've advocated for teamwork here since 2012 and want us all to do well.

I have absolutely no other agenda than that. I want us all to make money here.
