No Nasdaq and I think its questionable if Siaf should be a public company at all.
I have never seen a company dilute its shareholders like this while earnings and revenues are exploading. Why is this? Well simply because Solomons voting shares keeps its value, they are not diluted. Solomon doesnt have to give a damn about the B-shares, they are only an instrument for external financing that creates value for his A-shares. Just like a private company Solomon doesnt have to worry about the marketcap short time, its only relevant the day he sells the damn thing.
In Siaf (B-)shareholders have very little protection, this is a one man show at its extreme and I suppose that its very rare in a public company and on a serious list like Nasdaq!??
