ZAP and Jonway sold 43% Less vehicles in 2013 then it did in 2010. Thats a fact, its balance sheet is still Negative, its Cash flow position is still Negative and the company's factories is still not Authorized to manufacture the whole vehicle of any of the eV cars in its lineup of 'vehicles' for export to other countries. Thats not bashing thats a factoid straight from the latest released 10K released this week. It is dependent on other companies for those eV vehicles . Just as the Zap Xebra was manufactured by other Chinese companies..the ZAP sparkee and Zap YongYuan Star are made by other Companies. Spin it any way you want to .The PRC has said only the original manufacturers of the cars will get any stimuli money. No wonder some people around here didn't want to wait for the facts. They rather spin a web of HYPE and untrue tales , old news and photo's from 2 years ago. Don't see any of them around this week arguing about the 10K do ya?
