I'm relying on the 10-K being accurate, Wilma. But it may not be.
The case was brought against all of the REVO directors.
Judgement was received against all of the REVO directors.
But the 10-K says that only McDougal was liable.

Based on the evidence in this judgement I may be wrong to have relied on the statement in the 10-K. I should not have dismissed this as a red herring.

However, I do know that this case is different to the one brought against Carter for non-payment of a debt.
