I thought the exact same way you do. That was 2 years ago and I'm still underwater with this stock. I wonder how you will feel if in 2 years we are still sitting in the low 40's. We actually got 2 dividends in 2012. A Real Divi and the Special F share divi to be paid in 2014. I believe this f shares were give out in december 2012? These were the good times for me. I was riding high. Then first part of 2013 They announce the FN application process + dilution needed. All news, heard from SIAF was sure about FN uplisting soon. I actually threw money into the dilution because I was sure The FN listing was going to be the thing that got us the attention needed. They went on for months into the summer talking about how the FN listing is On the way very soon...... Well to this day I have not heard anything more about the FN listing. Nothing at all. Then towards the fall 2013 when I was about to throw in the towel. They announce Nasdaq Application + dilution. Again I got excited and threw money into the dilution. Then during the last CC Sol announced a "Extraordinary Dividend" to be announced in december. So here we are. middle of april 2014 with NO FN listing, NO Nasdaq Listing, NO divi for 2013, millions and millions of shares in the hands of dumpers, and No real chance of getting any sort of boost from anything anytime soon.
