CISCO, may I suggest that what you're missing is that we are now in dire need of financing, very possibly a JV, worse case scenario bankruptcy, and were doing it out of WEAKNESS, not STRENGTH. That is, we need dollars to keep the dream going. That can't be too hard for the board to understand. It's out of weakness and desperate need for funding, that deals are struck that screw the common shareholders. History shows its been happening for years with start up biotechs. Not knocking the potential of the science, just the REALITY of our current situation .
