Yes it can and likely will. The company is going to do a reverse split and dilute this to 50 billion shares again. You could very easily lose your money here given that they were already in the process of a R/S before but 90 days had passed so it expired. They are going to do it again but this time I believe it will be much worse for the investors since they just dumped so many shares.
