To elaborate on my other post lumpina,

I have links / copies of many of the HERA/SPSPA/lawsuit documents... etc.

not everything but a sizable enough chunk of raw data that makes me highly doubt (99% doubt) the commons could or will be abolished and we will have nothing or only a small percent of the current share price.

i.e. I don't anticipate losing my original investment cost - which is somewhere in the mid twos.

So, I hold predominantly.

If I was primarily a trader, and did not work. i.e. had 1-3 million dollars and traded as a career, I would likely have somewhere around 100k shares in this, and still be day trading it and just - not adding to that pile anymore.

Quite frankly, if I was day trading for a living at this point and not worried about losing my opportunity to get to that point, I would not have as much risk in this ticker as I do currently. I would play it much safer. i.e. 10% stake rather than 90%.

That in itself, is something that worries me. I am risking most of my finances on this single ticker, knowing, that if it goes wrong I would be in dire straights (well, I'd have money but.. basically I'd be done trading because I wouldn't be able to finance it)

To top it off, I'd be stuck in the technology sector as a laborer / technical staffer for the remainder of my life.

So, taking those dire considerations into account, IF I was concerned about this bill coming up, and if I know I could lose everything (or close to), then I better know my facts, be aware of the truth about what's going on... and be ready for anything.

But most of all, I better be right.

Be well, Be safe,

-Zargis

p.s.

I believe this entire ordeal is a conspiracy.

I believe there is a reason the stock act was repealed almost exactly 30 days after FNMA posted a $59billion quarter in march of 2013.

I believe the Obama Administration has key positions filled in both the Treasury and FHFA.

I believe Melvin Watt had a reason for his keen interest in becoming the FHFA chief - a position highly questioned on his intent, qualifications and potentially one on the chopping block in years to come.

I believe billionaire fund(s) managers don't make 'bets' as is the case with myself.
