You guys are going to love the new CMKM Scam! Check this out, oldpro (the last IR for CMKM) and his friend hired an investigator to find the illusive trust. Private investigator, Tom Gates out of Tampa Florida. They only had to raise $15k to get him started. Well, the donations came rolling in and I guess last month, they finally reached their goal.
Here is the email that was sent out (I assume by oldpro) to those shareholders that donated to the "cause." Pay particular attention to the very last paragraph and you will see why I'm calling this a new scam. And, no. I don't care if the charity is real or not at this point. The fact that it was included shows a distinct conflict of interest no different than the two bit, scum sucking, lowlifes scamming people out of "room rent" on paltalk. It's like Mona's Grapevine but the 2.0 Revised version.
You just can't make this chit up! LOL!

The following is from Tom Gates to a CMKM shareholder last Friday:

We have commenced the investigation. I will not be releasing any information until we have accurate findings.
If you have something to contribute that may resolve this matter, please forward the information to me at your earliest convenience.
The purpose of this effort is to discover if there are any funds remaining and if so where is it located. That is the only information that I am interested in.

Thank you to our Hero donor, without you, quite possibly we would have failed completely. Thank you to so many shareholders for donating and supporting our efforts.
As CMKM brethren, we can now be a part of the process, not just a witness. We can have an effect. This marks the first time, anyone has really tried to help the shareholders, by helping ourselves. We could not find a better advocate than Mr. Gates. But it is up to us, to allow him to do his mighty work.
We had hoped to delay announcement of his commencement, but that was undone by message board postings and back channel shenanigans. So be it.
Also, so be it, that Mr. Gates is in full control now. When he has completed his Report of Investigation, donors will be notified by email.
Do not expect to hear ANYTHING, until his report is ready or Mr. Gates directs us otherwise. Estimated time of completion 1-6 months.
In closing, I ask two things.
Sign up as a victim at the DOJ www.notify.usdoj.gov/ IMO This could be important for us, so I urge to to join and join quickly.
And lastly a request.
In Thomas Gates, we have the Real Deal. He has spent an extensive amount of time on this gratis. He has told me he has a personal interest in this and a desire for shareholders to know, as much of the truth as possible. Good or bad. I have complete confidence he will produce real results.
