What made you come to a conclusion there's going to be a press release at 2:35?? Stick to facts not assumptions!! Fact: 8-k filed with a security company with a licensing agreement. Fact: no proof the NT 10-k wasn't submitted on time. Many many times when the forms are submitted there's a lag from time of submitting to the release.
