This is the first time I recall a CEO making a public request fir SH to get the price UP:

"to help us achieve this next important threshold prior to the May 1st deadline."

Good spot.

I imagine those Liberians may not be satisfied w a simple scathing Email if the price drops, machete ! Yikes!
