I had a similar issue.
finally went through 1 hour ago.

I asked:

1) how many refills are in 1 cartridge.
2) how much for cartridges.
3) where would I get more.

I forgot to ask the size of the solar panel.

IMO the buzzbat is a waste of money. BIG TIME

The buzzsol is almost a rip off.

30$ for a solar panel with a usb connection?
(on ebay I can buy them for 17$)

Just to support the company im invested in I would consider the survival kit.
Otherwise the buzzbar alone is the only thing (perhaps) that's worth it.

IMO weak product launch. Too little info. Ehhhh.... I was hoping for something bigger (and better)
