1. When everyone is celebrating, everyone is talking about it, "We're going to $5/share!!!!!!!!!! weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee $$$$$$$$$$ etc.

2. They're going bankrupt, and there's no recovery for shareholders.

3. They announce a R/S.

4. They change the direction of the company, & it's something you don't believe in.

5. They're losing ground to competitors.
