Gmayes, thanks for sharing.
This article graphically points out how ACTC could easily not survive as ACTC or at the very least, survive with further dilution making our investment almost worthless after all these years.

We have significant debt litigation facing us, including not just AG, but WARF and Aarfonson, that we know of.
Just look at the revenue vs. operating costs graphs in the article.

My board colleagues might think I'm bashing, but I'm not. I'm talking about the very unpleasant realities of our dire financial situation and how it may all play out, none of which appear any good for us shareholders. This is not bashing. This is called dollars to continue operating and the unfortunate thing, regardless of the spin, we still haven't finished or published phase 1, so we're operating out of weakness, imo, not strength as phase I is only like the second inning and JV and institutional investment dollars historically do not show up way until phase 11, at the earliest, and the more certainty that brings. All sad, but true.

Humanitarian hope and all that stuff sounds nice, but we're talking the hard realities of the dire financial situation the company's in right now and we are not operating out of strength if considering any JV at all, but significant weakness and profound need. Sorry.
