They've dragged their feed in phase 1! 4 years total start to finish?
Just for phase 1?

Sometimes the reality of it all is hard to accept.

They can have as many articles as they want published but, it's not
doing them any good at this point. Maybe 3 years ago it would have.

I can hear someone at ACT begging the MM's to help their cause as I
type now!

Come on MM's we have articles out galore, you got to help the PPS.

Otherwise we're done!
