Oh no, no, no. It is for those who have been holding ARSC all this time and for no other reason. I have 39 mil shares still of ARSC. So 39 mil divided by 150 of the value of HYDRA which is what roughly we know the split will be, I'll have 260,000 free shares of HFCO.
