Reread the news with your glasses on.

"On April 16, 2014, the Board of Directors of Dutch Gold Resources, Inc., took action to effectuate the liquidation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Dutch Mining, LLC. A copy of the attendant resolutions are attached hereto and made a part hereof. This action does not affect the Registrant, only its wholly owned subsidiary."
