Let’s clear things up from today’s PR.

I’ve got phone messages into Basu and the PPJE securities attorney. In the meantime I’d like to address today’s PR, which is disappointing to say the least.

First, nothing could be further from the truth that I’m disgruntled and trying to undermine the company; nor am I working for Grewal.

The personal information PPJE has on me and my broker was when the company asked for all shareholders to give that information for the incentive shares that have been promised (so I hope for everyone else’s sake PPJE doesn’t use that against you like it did to me). It wasn’t clear if I could get incentive shares but I thought I’d try – no harm no foul. I never got a response back, contrary to what the PR says, and that did not upset me.

About the only thing correct is I did sell PPJE shares, and I did that in when the January trial was called off – I knew the stock would fall because of that and I wanted to make sure I made some money. Unbeknownst to the company, apparently, is that I’ve reinvested in PPJE stock.

After that I did some more digging into publicly available information to share with the board more of Grewal’s side and items from PPJE’s past that were of concern to me. While this was unpopular with some here, there was misinformation out there and I was attempting to clear it up.

Never once did I request insider information (I’m not an idiot) nor did I ever threaten to destroy the company and it’s CEO.

I did send an e-mail to both PPJE and Grewal’s attorneys hoping to get more information and some clarification for questions we had after the first settlement conference was called off. That was no secret and I posted that on the board:

Since then Dr. Grewal called me once. Yes, Grewall called me – I can’t prevent who contacts me. All he wanted to do was talk and give his side of the story and background with the suit, but he didn’t want me to quote him or post anything about it, so I didn’t. All I did was listen. I’m not in bed with Grewal any more than I am with Ms. Basu.

The accusation that I’m trying to gain the name of PPJE clients to interfere with its business also is untrue. I contacted the company – as did many of you – after the last round of PRs was a botched copy-and-paste job regarding partners in NJ and Houston. I asked the company to provide those names so we could verify it because the PRs seemed suspicious. I never received a response.

I think it’s very poor that a company would release personal information about its shareholders. And if Ms. Basu had concerns or questions about what I was doing, she very well could have contacted me instead of publicly trying to shame me with inaccurate information.
